Wadia a. s.

Wadia a.s. is a development, real estate and investor company operating on the Czech real estate market since 1999.

During its existence, Wadia a.s. has implemented several successful projects in Prague, including the construction of residential complexes "V Tehovičkách" and, "Nad Dvorem" in Prague 10, "Zvonička" in Prague 4, "Garden District" in Prague 5, Zbraslav. or "Lannova" in Prague 1. In the mentioned projects, more than 1000 housing units were completed and handed over to users.

The priority of the development company Wadia a. s. is to create friendly and in many ways unique projects with an interesting architectural solution, which will also be an opportunity for comfortable living and at the same time will be perceived as a very good investment by the client.
